Baby Jogger City Mini
The City Mini is a full-size stroller that doesn't really make a statement in any way except that it's very lightweight and compact when folded. It also scores well across all categories. However it doesn't score quite as well as its competitors because of a poorly-placed peek-aboo and storage that's a bit restricted.
It is, however, an excellent stroller and one of our top choices for families who require something that will get them through the day and occasional adventure. It has a pretty wide footrest that is cushioned, which means that the little ones will be able to relax. The seat reclines to a pretty flat position but we found it a bit tricky to do and required two hands. The adjustable calf support is a nice feature that will allow your child's feet to kick up when they are tired.
Like many of the other strollers on our list The City Mini has a huge canopy that is UV50 and which parents love. The sun shade is well designed and pulls all the way down, which is great as it will keep your little one safe from sun without having to constantly put it back in place.
The City Mini can be easily transformed into a double-stroller by attaching an additional kit. You can use any Baby Jogger car-seat and create an entire travel system from the beginning. The only downside is the fact that adding a second seat to the stroller can alter its appearance and feel. Some parents may be unable to manage this once they become accustomed to it.
The City Mini GT Double Stroller is another option to the City Mini. The model is a little more expensive than the single City Mini but it does have additional features, such as "forever air" rubber suspension and tyres that make it suitable for off-road excursions. It has an adjustable handlebar and a parking brake that is operated by hand and a more streamlined design than the standard City Mini.
